What I didn’t like is I had a stain on the sheets. The next day they never left any facecloths or hand towels. Then they never checked to see if the soap was full and we ran out of that.

Likes: Coffee in front was a great perk as well lots of parking. Dislikes: Room had no fresh air (no window in our room), elevator not vacuumed in the 3 days we were there, large garbage bin next to coffee by reception was overflowing on Sun. Hallways were hot. Would not stay here again.

Great to stay

It was late that night when we arrived, but the front desk was very patient and professional when checking in. After we checked in, the front desk staff made a phone return visit. Maybe there was a big party that day and the elevator was a little dirty. But we were very impressed by the service at the front desk. The location of the hotel is good, easy to access the west Edmonton mall or the Premium Outlet Collection Mall.

Air condition (AC) was not working that it is high cold AC that there are not signal light that there were running AC high cold blowing and It was really very cold. We decided to clicked turned off at the plug in. AC was not running. We felt better turned down AC's cold. We noticed the tub bath had small scratched bottom and stick (alike glue) on the desk that we can see. We don't know why they didn't clean the desk that we arrived at the hotel last Friday afternoon. We don't touch this desk. We noticed the carpet is very old and no replaced new carpet. Service staff were very wonderful. At front desk, I surprised I asked them that I would give my vehicle's plate number and they said they don't need to put my vehicle's plate number. Also, I asked them at front desk that our room had missing some towels then they called service staff, they brought the towels to our room that they put them on our bed. They were awesome. Just let you know. Ricky's restaurant connected the hotel, They were wonderful and very good menu. They were very good served.
