We stated here last year and we were not satisfied with everything, but this time , it was different, the front staff(Dawn) was very friendly and explained everything in a very polite manner, we found the room are very clean ( we like the hard floor😁), we will stay here again.

The free breakfast with a nice offering, all the new toys for the pool for the kids to play with were a nice addition from last year, Lthe free mini golf as well as the complimentary slushies for the kids. Quick & easy drive to the mall as well. Very friendly & helpful staff as well.

We had a disappointing experience at this hotel. The bathroom counter in our room was partially loose, which concerned us with our 4-year-old son in tow. When we asked the front desk for a room change, they offered to send a maintenance person instead. Unsatisfied with the response, we decided to leave the hotel and requested a text notification once the issue was resolved. It took a couple of hours. The next day, two maintenance workers showed up , supposedly to check the issue, but they ended up doing more repairs. We felt frustrated, as we weren't paying to have workers drilling and fixing things while we were trying to relax. Things improved on the third day, but our experience took a turn for the worse on the final day. In the morning, my wife took our son to the restaurant bathroom, where she tried to grab some paper towels, and the entire holder fell off, hitting her hand as she protected our son's head. She suffered a minor cut. When she reported the incident to a staff member, showing him her hand, he seemed unconcerned or perhaps didn't understand the situation. Our overall experience was terrible, and we won't be returning. We're also surprised that a King suite didn't come with a bathtub, only a shower similar to those found in budget motels.

Check in is at 3pm we arrived at 2:20pm thinking room would be ready it wasn’t, fair enough we were 40 minutes early. We came back at 3pm room was still not ready we waited till 4pm to check into our room room was very hot the a/c wasn’t working and smelled off. I called the front about the a/c not working they came in 5 minutes. It worked then stopped working again. Called again they needed to change the control box. It worked!! Breakfast wasn’t good either buffet style, looked dirty. And lots of people with no sense of direction.
