I wanted a room closer to an elevator. They gave us a ground floor room. They gave us a couple of options which was nice. We took a dog friendly room. Which I have pets so I thought no big deal. We got into the room. The beds were hard and they squeaked. The bathroom had one ply toilet paper. I didn’t think being in a dog friendly room that we lose some of the nice things of a hotel room. I was very disappointed.

The hotel overall was really nice and surprisingly clean given the next part but given the location it is a popular stay for oil patch crews and well we unfortunately were neighboring walls with a party lol. It wasn't great but it wasn't the end of the world, they didn't bother us. The pool made up for it, my kids had a blast slide is fast, do be warned, but super fun! Overall I think we would definitely be back because I do think we got unlucky with our neighbors we didn't hear any other rooms with parties.

Very meticulously clean hotel and gorgeous, well maintained lobby. lt had a fantastic waterslide pool for kiddos, which is probably worth its weight in gold for tired parents. Pool itself is a wee bit small if it got crowded, but spotless. It was nice to have Montana's in the hotel.

I wish i could have enjoyed the pool, but i am too shy to be in the public eye. (My hang up, not your fault). The cleaning staff was super friendly, and the front desk was great. I did initially have a problem getting into my room, easy change.

This is our new favorite hotel!!! It has an awesome pool/slide for kids and even small kids pool area, it also has a hottub and montanas restaurant in it which had amazing food!!! Rooms were clean and comfy. We will be back 😀

We stayed here this week and was okay for the short time we were there. Good for overnight flying out as it is close to the airport. One thing is that the a/c heater unit was really weird. It would blow hot air when set to the desired temp then the a/c would cut in right after and make the room uncomfortably cold. I did go to the front desk and they sent housekeeping but they were of no help to fix it. there was no maintainence staff on site over the thanksgiving weekend. The breakfast was okay, something for everyone. The Montanas in the hotel was very good for supper one night. The area around the hotel is good, no issues. We did not use the shuttle so can't comment on that. The room is a bit dated, the bathroom has been renovated but the rooms were a bit tired looking. I would stay here again in the future if needed.
