Host had problems with payment process and sent various unclear messages trying to get a bank transfer ahead of the booking rather than use the secure payment process. Felt like a scam. Had a call on the arrival day to tell us the property was possibly not suitable for our stay and could we move to somewhere further from the city centre. The heating and hot water was turned off and the access to the boiler was in another building which we had to go in to to fix. The kitchen was not clean on arrival and despite having room for 8 people did not have the kitchen supplies for this many people.No hand towels or tea towels were provided, lighting didn't work in every room.
