When we arrived we immediately found that the refrigerator was not working. We texted the host and had not heard back in a couple of hours so we called. Their immediate response was can we bring some coolers and ice and that they would send their daughter to check on it. We had all of our stuff already in coolers and went and got our own ice. 2-3 hours passed and we had not seen the daughter. I then called VRBO and reported the issue. They called the host and said they would be in touch. About 9:00 pm they called and said they were bringing by an electric cooler we could use. At no point was the refrigerator ever checked. The next day they offered to bring ice and said the refrigerator repair person would be by on Monday which would be after we checked out. If you are planning on renting from them be sure the refrigerator has been repaired or replaced. The house was just ok. The kitchen has minimal plates,cups and other kitchenware. The stove was dirty. We would not stay there again.
