The well thought out floor plan and oversized glass windows allows incredible panoramic water views and 900 sq. ft. of decking offers wonderful opportunities for al fresco dining.
The home is situated on a well manicured treed acre of property. You will have access to the Clearwater Property owner recreation area, with a private marina, life guarded beach, children's playground, bocce court, kayak rack and exquisite sunsets over Shelter Island.
