Location is outside downtown but very easy to get to. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms and entire place is clean and newly painted and well maintained . The value is good. We only had the breakfast one day and they ran out of pancakes so get there early. It’s a nice little selection (eggs, sausage, cereal, oatmeal, pasties, pancakes). If you are not a heavy sleeper I suggest the third floor because you can hear the movement from the upstairs when you stay on the first or second floor. Sometimes we could hear our neighbors snoring. None of these things bother us but I thought I’d share for people that are more picky

We missed breakfast as it ends kind of early for us. There was no HOT water in the shower in the evening - it was just warmish. Bed was comfy. Property is dated, but the room was clean.

The room was clean. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was outstanding! I would stay here again as it is affordable and close to downtown. It’s nothing fancy but it is well taken care of. My only complaint would be the toilet was loud.
