Our family friendly townhome offers the perfect blend of comfort and adventure.
Some amenities you can expect:
Outside- Private hot tub, fire pit, and grill located on your own balcony with a view of the mountains.
Inside- Pool table, arcade, full kitchen (stocked with all necessary essentials), 2 living spaces, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms (stocked with all necessary essentials), and two car garage with additional parking for two more cars in the driveway.
Bonus: If you are traveling with young children, we offer things such as a pack-n-play, changing pad, baby bouncer, high chair, potty seat, step stools, and safety gates. We also provide small sizes of winter clothes for children to borrow during their stay (no additional charge).
We also allow up to 2 furry friends to join you! ($100 pet fee)
Our home gives you easy access to Purgatory Resort, hiking/biking/jeeping trails, and lake access just steps down the road!
During the ski season, a shuttle is available for pick up/drop off to and from Purgatory Resort. Each day, the house gets 2 FREE round trips with the shuttle.
Durango Mountain Resort's pool, hot tub, and gym are available for an additional 4% fee (% is calculated based on the total cost of your stay). If you choose to pay the additional fee to gain access to these amenities, let us know and you will be sent the additional charge. Upon arrival, you can pick up your temporary access card at the front desk of the resort.

Great house, amenities and location!
Amazing house with easy access to the mountain via shuttle that we could schedule when it worked for us. Lots of room for 8 of us, and the hot tub was perfect after a long day of skiing. Also really appreciated the well stocked kitchen items so we could cook at home! Highly recommend the property and owner!

Beautiful Mountain townhome.
I’m totally speechless. This beautiful home was more then we we expected. The home was well equipped with everything you need to enjoy your summer or winter vacation. The owners and property manager are excellent with making sure our stay was perfect. I would highly recommend this rental to my friends and extended family. We will definitely be back to this property soon.
