Being our first time in the Duck Creek area, it is a very rural setting but this house is a stand-out relative to most neighbors. The host, Jason, was very responsive and helpful with our stay. The like-new condition was very comfortable and satisfying for a 3 night stay. The main grand room was so nice to take in nature with a great view. There was a lot of outdoor space on the porches, but unfortunately, it was still a bit cool to enjoy them. We got some good star gazing in at night, though, as it is definitely a dark-sky area. The furnishings were complete and organized. One thing lacking was a TV on the main living floor; the TV in the basement was really nice (100"?), but since the furnace wasn't working all the time, the basement media room was very cold (despite having a fire upstairs with a blower to the basement). All in all, this is a great spot to stay if you're considering the Duck Creek area.
