The property itself was nice, but we stayed there for a week and our supposed to be cleaned at least once during our week stay and never was. We had to ask for more toilet paper & towels twice during our stay.

Venue is close to bus stop and easy to get to from airport using AirPort Express to Ushers Quay. Walking distance to many sites. Easy check in and room was ready before check in time. Breakfast was great with many options.

Comfortable bed although heavy duvet for summer so did not get a good sleep. Breakfast not served until 07:00 hrs. Breakfast area very small for number of people using at one time and noisy. Reception staff didnt seem to have a clue what they were doing. Check in, which I had already done online, took ages. Plus side it was clean and can see kitchen area would be handy if wanting to eat in.

We booked a king, but they wanted to give us 2 twins because "we didnt leave a note". I said I didn't feel like i needed to leave a note because the room description was a king. They quickly found a king, but there was someone else's hair on one of the pillows. I discretely brought it to the managers attention, but there solution was to toss another pillow at the foot of the bed while leaving the dirty pillow there. Strange. Also, there was a heat wave, and while there was airconditioning, it really never cooled the room. Also, there was one pump in the shower for body, hair, and conditioner. also strange.

Cramped bu convenient

Room 1 - Shower wouldn't drain and almost flooded while waiting for it to get hot. Asked for service (maintenance not there at 10PM). Asked for different room. Room 2 - smelled for 3 days like someone fried fish in there. They had the vent going over the stover when we got in there. There were hairs and grass on the spare bedding. Rooms are small. Bathrooms are smaller. Not good for 3 guests. 2 guests would be fine - but don't recommend for families. The king sized bed was comfortable. 10-15 minute walk to the center of Dublin. The walk-factor was the best part. People working there - not overly friendly or accommodating by any means - seemed put out whenever I asked a question. I would stay there again for the price knowing what I know now if I was solo or without family - but defo wouldn't do it with kids.
