The property itself was nice, but we stayed there for a week and our supposed to be cleaned at least once during our week stay and never was. We had to ask for more toilet paper & towels twice during our stay.

A good hotel choice with a young vibe.

Very functional hotel with good amenities, such as a laundry room, outdoor lounge area, food and beverage availability, and a good location. The rooms are nice, but basic, and could use a cushioned chair for watching TV or relaxing. The staff was especially friendly and helpful.

It was clean and modern. The buffet breakfast was very good. The laundry facilities were modern and clean. Our room had a kitchenette with dishwasher stovetop, microwave and fridge. The staff were very friendly.

Great location and facilities but we used the ironing board which then left dust over the ironed clothes The bed creaked every time you move, I suspect broken wheels and a side table was broken I would stay again though

This property was in a good place and was walkable for many sites in Dublin. They did not have a place for us to park our car, we had to park an 8 minute walk from the hotel and pay additional parking fees. A hotel should have a parking place for those staying there. The mattress in our room was terrible, when you sat on it you could feel the board underneath. The air conditioner in our room had a three hour timer and would turn off after three hours. This made it so we would wake up in the night drenched in sweat and have to turn it back on. The air conditioner should be able to stay on throughout the night so that guests can have a restful sleep. There was not even a way to open the window to get air circulation. The floor outside the bathroom was squishy with mold underneath because the shower did not have a guard/lip to keep the water in. Every time you showered the whole bathroom floor got wet. The flooring defiantly needs to be redone in that room. They charged us for breakfast on the day we checked in when we didn’t arrive until almost 7pm that day and weren’t even there to eat breakfast. They said they had laundry services available, but three out of the five washer/dryer sets were broken so it was a challenge to get an available washer and dryer. It took 5 hours to do two loads because of the broken ones and how many people were trying to do laundry. I did appreciate that they had complimentary laundry soap though, that was helpful. The buffet breakfast was yummy.

My sister and I had a great time staying here. It was about a 10-minute walk from all the busy areas. The mini fridge came in handy for storing leftovers or food for the next day, and it was very convenient. We would stay here again.

2.5 stars. This hotel is just OK. There is nothing special or unique like other 5 star reviews would suggest. The hotel staff was generally nice and overall friendly. The room was on the small side(twin room). The kitchenette is tiny and only practical for small meal preparation. The bathroom is small and just large enough to turn around or change clothes. Like another reviewer mentioned, the sinks are small and awkwardly placed low in relationship to the toilet. Temperature control was terrible. The room would cool down some and then get really hot at night. The thermostat on the wall never seemed to function correctly. While the hotel is strategically located, and within easy walking of most of central Dublin, the neighborhood was not the best. Plenty of homeless bums around asking for money and felt unsafe after dark.

Very close to major attractions - nearby grocery store options as well. For a short stay not having usual hotel amenities makes it not an ideal spot. Bed was comfortable, quiet, clean and very convenient. Would book again.
