A Truly Comfortable & Convenient Stay! We had the pleasure of staying on one of the newly renovated floors, and let me just say, the updates were stunning! Our room was thoughtfully designed, featuring two twin beds, a daybed by the window, a sleek and modern shower, and plenty of seating including a desk area. Breakfast each morning was “chef’s kiss” delicious with a great variety. The hotel also offers a free shuttle to Kite Beach, which has the clearest waters and soft, pristine sand. Just a heads-up, the shuttle runs on a set schedule, so arriving early is your best bet to grab a seat. They even provide towels and a beach bag, such a nice touch! One thing that really stood out was the staff. We checked in late and everyone was incredibly polite, helpful, and considerate. Because we had a super early 4:30 AM flight, they kindly packed us breakfast to-go. It’s those small things that really make a stay memorable. We also felt very safe walking around. Starbucks was just a short three-block stroll away. Plus, the hotel is in a great location close to the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, and only about 25 minutes from the Gold Souk. Transportation was super easy: Ubers are available, but taxis right in front of the hotel tend to be cheaper. You can pay by card and get a receipt. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would stay here again.

The hotel needs to improve on resturant seating and service. Queuing for breakfast for 20 mins. Restaurant is small for the many guests. Food quality was wanting. We have stayed in previous visits and it was wonderful. There seems to have changed. Got a room facing apartments and it was dark.

Perfect in every way!

One of the best hotels in Dubai. You can depend on the staff for whatever needs you have or want (which is a very important thing when traveling with a family). The room is spacious and clean. The price was great. The kids loved the window seat. A lovely stay.

Great hotel

Super staff and food/restaurants. Rooms are spacious and beds really comfortable. Close to metro for convenience. I would definitely recommend for business travel or otherwise
