Mi esposo y yo pasamos una semana en este excelente hotel, quedamos completamente satisfechos con todas las comodidades que ofrece, su personal grandioso, tratando de ayudar a cada momento, en el front desk el trato es excelente por parte de todos en especial agradecimiento a Siya quien nos recibió y ayudó en todo, tratando de buscarnos una habitación a nuestro gusto y después ayudándonos con las direcciones de las atracciones. El hotel está localizado en el centro del Downtown en la misma entrada -salida del metro, desde ahí se puede caminar todos los alrededores, donde se encuentran infinitos restaurantes, cafeterías, negocios de todo tipo, muchísimos hoteles y se puede llegar caminando al Burj Khalifa y al Dubái Mall, también al Museo del futuro. El hotel ofrece un extenso desayuno buffet y el personal que trabaja en el se desvive por brindar una excelente atención.Para nosotros fue una experiencia muy satisfactoria y recomendamos este hotel 100%

All the staff members are really nice polite and very respectful. From the front desk, restaurant and housekeeping.. it was my birthday during my stay and they surprised me with ballons cakes and flowers decoration!! So so beautiful. Love it. We enjoyed our stay so much. Will definitely go back again. Easy access in metro. Restaurants and groceries. Perfect locations for a tourist with kids.

Amazing Hotel with amazing location

This hotel is totally phenomenal. The Metro Station is right in front of the Hotel. Supermarkets all over, Carls Jr and Pizza Hut are right next door. Food options are everywhere. The staff is amazing, they help you wherever they can. Very clean Suite with refrigerator, washing machine, dish washer, utensils everything you need. Pool is on the 6 floor with unbelievable views. Breakfast which is included is amazing, a lot to choose from and very delicious. We definitely coming back.

The hotel was easy to access and the metro station distance was just perfect. By being given an upgrade made our stay great. From having a Burj Khalifa view to amazing breakfast options. Overall would definitely recommend.
