So. As a lifetime Titanium member I went from a regular room to a small suite. But, the regular rooms were also amazing. I can’t say anything bad about the hotel, staff bars, restaurants everything and everywhere was a delight. Food, staff, beach, walkability etc. was top shelf. A good 4.8 to 5 star. (My only issue was room service being slow) An incredible stay. My only knock (if any) was room service can take 45 minutes to an hour. Will definitely return as much as possible on my trips to Dubai.

We did not stay at your hotel and you did not refund us as requested becausee my 14 years old children had an accident. We wrote many time to your claim services and NOTHING !!! That is not a 6 star hotel I do not recommend
