Great little apartment with very comfy beds and smooth check-in at 9.30pm with someone to meet me and show me in which proved promising. What has marred this stay was poor wifi (not adequate enough to upload video which I needed to do for work, and unusable in the bedrooms even for calls) and the fact that the stove top did not work so we couldn't even boil an egg for breakfast. They could not send anyone in to fix it without us being there as apparently NO-ONE had access with a key and we were out all day working and out in the evenings with clients so we could not let maintenance in. The endless messages about this were really annoying when I had a really busy schedule with work. It is really mind boggling how you can have a lettings business and not have any way of gaining access without tenants being there. In addition there were lots of moths for some reason in one of the bathrooms. And the pool only gets a few hours of sun in the morning and about 1 hour in the afternoon due to all the high-rise buildings. With proper wifi and if they had solved the stove issue without being so bothersome, I would have given a higher rating.
