The shower had no hot water, but the sink did. There were people running through the halls at 10 at night and carrying on. I called the desk and they stated they would see what they could do as they knew there were a bunch of kids there.

AC not on at time of arrival, rooms where hot. No soap on vanities to wash hands. One room had no soap in shower. Vanity sinks in all 3 rooms slow to drain. Shower faucets in 2 rooms very hard to turn off, one would not turn off and night clerk said hit it hard in the opposite direction and that should fix it, it did. Breakfast was very good and displayed nicely.

My wife and I were in DuBois for a low-key bike race. We had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn DuBois. Clean & Quiet. Very friendly staff!

Property was clean and comfortable. But tv did not work! When I asked at the front desk, she said, yeah it doesn’t work in that room. I asked why we were put in a room that the tv didn’t work, she couldn’t give me an answer. I asked for a partial refund, and was told”Take it up with Expedia”. It was the most expensive hotel we have stayed but everyone was clueless.

The property was generally good. The room itself had no hand soap for the bathroom or hairdryer. Even when I went to the desk, they said it had been ordered but they had none?! The breakfast, however, was very good and the rooms was fine despite those things!

We were given a queen bed.Reserbed a king.after complained twice we received a king.After we unpacked.around 1 A.M we were awakened to Voices and Television.from next door room.We could see there lights on thru top of wall near ceiling.After calling desk twice it gota little quieter.Only slept couple hours.On Motorcycle trip

When we arrived we were asked to stay in a room with a dripping faucet then the next day loved to a room that was “cleaned” but had a sock on the floor. There were stains in the shower along with dust all over. In the halls the scent is almost nauseating. The hot tub, a huge selling point for me, was and has been broken for a while with no heads up prior to reserving. The breakfast was sub par, odd flavors when it came to the food. Positive was pet friendly and close to town.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean. The hot breakfast was great each morning of our stay. And the breakfast staff kept everything well stocked. Great hotel. Will definitely stay at this Hampton for all of our future Dubois trips.
