Conveniently located outside of town. Stayed on our way to Penn State. Check in staff wasn’t very friendly, sharp tone and quick with answers to questions. I felt I was interrupting something more pressing. Manager was nice thought! Breakfast was great. Room was clean, no odor which is important to me.

We have stayed at this hotel many times over the last 15 years or so. Weve tried other hotels in the DuBois PA area, but have found tis jotel to be the best value.

Very run down, bed and pillows not comfortable at all. A/C wasn’t working the best. Front desk, Saturday afternoon was best service, others had a lot to be desired for friendliness. Breakfast was good and breakfast attendants were amazing!

I have stayed here before but was disappointed this time. Hallways had a strange odor, and room service was poor. Did not do my room the day it was supposed to be done, and next day just put towels on coffee table and dumped trash, did nothing else.

Horrible experience

I would like to be contacted. I had two rooms and each of the had the same each issue. There seem to be something nasty on the bottom of both bathtubs that I tried cleaning, but would not go away. Photos attached. I also tried calling the front desk several times and no one answered until I went downstairs and still was not helped.

The shower had no hot water, but the sink did. There were people running through the halls at 10 at night and carrying on. I called the desk and they stated they would see what they could do as they knew there were a bunch of kids there.
