Got to the hotel at 9:30 pm to check in only to be told the room was not ready and to come back in an hour. Got back it was not the room requested when I booked and had to go back to the lobby and get the correct room (2 queen beds) Then Saturday morning they were out of coffee and all the breakfast options were well over cooked.

The beds were comfortable and hotel staff was friendly. The rooms were not the cleanest, bathtub was nasty and dingy looking tiles in the bathroom were all cracked up the corners at the baseboards were full of dirt and gunk, there was a soft spot in the floor of our room. You could smell the mildewed shower curtain. The room overall did not smell good. Pictured was coffee machines in each room that was not the case. It did have a microwave and fridge. The morning breakfast would do the job however it was definitely not good however that is just a free perk not worth to complain about.

The first room didn’t have hot water. I called the service desk and they reset the water heater. After waiting a few minutes we still had no hot water. I called back and they changed our room. They have a good breakfast.
