nice Dillon condo with beautiful views

We enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable condo near Lake Dillon. The space was spacious and warm. We especially appreciated the incredible views of the mountains and lake Dillon. The kitchen was very nice and well equipped. The only complaints we had is that parking was very difficult with our large pickup, in the terribly tight parking space with cement pillars. The lack of an elevator can also be a problem as one person in our group has back and knee problems and the 5 flights of stairs were a challenge. Also the carpet was not well vacuumed, and had food and stains on it from previous guests. Besides these things we enjoyed this condo and it was very nice.

Wonderful Property for Ski Trip

This house was in a great location and very well equipped! The owner has a very nice place, and we were lucky to be able to stay here! The hot tub and sauna were awesome too! Thank you!

Great location

Nice comfortable place, as described and shown in pictures. We walked to restaurants across the street in the evenings. Be ready to huff up 4 flights from ground floor parking which can be tough if you live at sea level! Worth it though for a nice place at a great price.

Overall the place was nice and accommodating for our needs. The property manager was available to help us with questions and answered the phone when called which is greatly appreciated. We were informed we were sent a list of information, but it was never received. Helpful information: The condo is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. The key to the ski storage is the same key to the pool even though it's not written on the key. A damages security deposit is required unless you purchase the insurance.

Perfect for weekend getaway

Had a small miscommunication about check in due to the owners new software but James was very responsive and fixed the problem. Had everything we needed for our weekend getaway. Always enjoy the Dillon area

This is a third floor unit, so be prepared to haul luggage up 45-steps. It's not a big deal, as long as you're prepared and I would absolutely stay here again. The condo included toiletries like a hotel and was well stocked with dishes, towels, etc. The location is amazing and on-site laundry was a huge plus.

Great location, clean, comfortable.

Condo is well maintained, in a great location, and provided instructions make it easy to check in and out. Overall, we had a great experience staying here. Close the the grocery stores and plenty of restaurants/bars, only 30/35 minutes drive to Vail! Will be back.
