It was a great hotel overall. We traveled with our family and booked two villas, which worked out perfectly for us. The food was very good, and we had a wonderful time. The staff was responsive and helpful, though the level of service isn’t ultra-luxury—but that’s understandable given the natural, remote setting. One of the things we appreciated most was how close you feel to nature while still feeling safe for kids. There were no concerns about dangerous wildlife, and the property is very family-friendly. The bathrooms could use some upgrades, but they were functional. Another nice touch is that the hotel allows you to order items from town, which makes your stay more convenient and flexible. Overall, we’d rate this a solid 4 stars and would recommend it for families looking for a relaxing, nature-focused getaway.

The hotel has good facilities and environment, and the staff is friendly and helpful. However, there is nowhere to go around the hotel and there are not many activities. Also, there is only one road, so sometimes when someone block the road and protest, the road to the airport is blocked and you miss your flight, which is an inconvenient situation.

Het hotel zelf is prachtig aangelegd en de kamers zijn super. Enkele punten die ons absoluut niet zo goed bevallen zijn… ten eerste het water is niet gezuiverd zodat alles bruin/ geel is. Dat betekent dat je het water uit de kraan gewoon niet kan gebruiken. Het zwembad is hier ook mee gevuld waardoor je zwemkleding ook gelig wordt. Het ontbijt is voor deze ‘klasse’ hotel zeer onder de maat, gewoon slecht. Een lepeltje bij je koffie ontbrak s’morgens. Dus elke morgen vragen en dan was het wachten want ze vergaten het weer, zelfs na meerdere keren vragen. Als laatste en dat was voor ons het meest kwalijke, er stonden dingen op onze rekening van de minimarket. In goed vertrouwen getekend maar omdat het handgeschreven bonnetjes zijn niet helemaal opgelet elke dag dus aan het einde stonden er zaken op die we moesten betalen die we niet gehad hebben. Let dus heel goed op waar je voor tekent! Uiteraard werd hier niks mee gedaan want we hebben getekend maar wel in goed vertrouwen! Geeft ons geen goed gevoel na vertrek!

La infraestructura es espectacular, es enorme y extremadamente bien decorado. Tomé la villa 100 y era perfecta. Las piscinas son lindas, la comida deliciosa. Hacen un esfuerzo enorme por mantener el lugar bien en medio de una selva. La playa no me pareció linda, casi no tiene playa , el mar es bravo, agua oscura y algo de piedras. Definitivamente la playa no es una fortaleza ahi. El lugar es enorme y tienen unos tuk tuk para movilizarse dentro del hotel que hay que pedirlos a recepcion. Tomé un tour a la Guajira que salia 5 am y no tenian a esa hora, tuve que caminar a las 4h40 am y es facil perderse pese a que hay una señalizacion que no es mala pero a veces un poco confusa. Deberian entregar un mapa digital al menos Cada villa deberia tener un paraguas , ya que cuándo llueve es facil empaparse, el hotel tiene paraguas pero no suficientes en todo lugar y para llegar a las villas hay que caminar varios minutos al aire libre Hay unos pocos detalles por mejorar pero definitivamente vale la pena visitar el lugar, mas que por la.playa por la infraestructura. La piscina en la villa es un detalle increíble. Las villas tienen cocina muy bien equipada pero increíblemente sin microondas, tampoco incluyen cafe, solo 2 botellas de agua. Debería haber cafe de cortesia al menos en la.villa dado el nivel del.hotel.
