Clean. Close to everything.

Place was clean. Only thing I would recommend is getting a more comfortable bed (more importantly better pillows) and maybe a tension rod for the closet so we can hang clothes

Never Going Back

First of all this apartment doesn’t not accommodate 3 people. $65.00 for an air mattress. We get inside appeared clean until we seen gnats come out of the sink. Come to find out food was left in the garbage disposal from the last person who stayed on top of that the disposal would not work. Called host said the maintenance man would be there sometime in the next day or two. We only stayed two nights never seen him. So there was no way to do dishes with out me putting my hand down the sink and digging out old mold food. This was disgusting. Oh I had to do this multiple times to have a kitchen sink. Next there were no remotes to either TV’s. Told the host. They said they would bring one for both TV’s NEVER SHOWED UP!!! The entire time did not follow through on anything. I have pictures and video for proof. I should get my money back but as we all know this will never happen!

Just as it was described!!!!

Very cozy hide away. Just what i needed after fighting the crowds of rye NFL draft weekend. The apartment was clean and well appointed. My host answered quickly when i had a question. There was limited noise from other apartments and the location was perfect for transcersing from downtown. I went to Ferndale and found some fabulous places to eat. Would most deft stay here again.
