This is my go to hotel for staying in Detroit! You cant beat the price and amenities. Cleanliness of the room could improve a bit but what you can expect for the price. It was very quiet and the included breakfast was nice to have.

Room is spacious and has enough seating for 2 people. Shower didn’t look clean as there was brown/black stuff near the sliding glass door. But the coffee is really good and breakfast options are excellent. Front desk could be more friendly.

Location is decent; definitely not great, but ok for what we needed. What I found funny though was upon checking in, I asked for the top floor in a quiet section of the hotel. The girl working told me that she had us on the top third floor, and that there are only three floors. Obviously, I didn’t think anything of it until checking into the room and setting in for the night. I then started to hear loud noises coming from above me. I then figured out that there were four floors in the hotel. It would’ve been nice to know that upon check-in. Not sure why she told us this, but obviously it would’ve been nice to know this before accepting the room. Probably won’t stay here again.
