Exceptional customer service. 6 minutes from the car rental place and you can see the airport from the window. Need to update room furnishings. Did not like ugly and unclean balcony. It was by far one of our nicest experiences at a hotel.. our two rooms were amazing.. love the size of the TV’s.. it was our 50th Anniversary and they had a cake that was delicious. We had just come from a funeral the day before. But the convenience to our flight the next day…this was perfect!

Outside is a little outdated and needs some grounds work but pleasantly surprise when we went in. The staff is very accommodating and attentive. Would’ve liked aN additional garbage can out in the main area of the suite. Morning breakfast was excellent with fresh meat omelettes and happy hour with free adult beverages was an added bonus

Great one night stay!

I only stayed one night due to an event happening in the area that I was going to be at. With that being said, if I needed to stay down in the area for multiple days I would have been very content with Embassy Suites. The room was very spacious and accommodating. I really liked how the toilet/shower had a separate door for privacy. It felt like a small apartment! I also liked how they texted me to see how my stay was going.

The property itself was very nice. Our only downfall for this stay was the room smelled very badly of cigarettes, especially in the only bathroom in the room. We have kids and sensitive allergy adults, so we had a tough time overnight. The pool was also too chlorinated, and was tough to swim with the chemicals. Aside from that, wonderful stay with very nice guest and shuttle service.
