Cute property and location - horrible service. Many things not working
Cute property, good location and clean. But that's where the good news ends. All of the check-in directions come from MGM through another text message that are incorrect The entrance that it tells you to use is locked and you don't have access through it. The only way we were able to access the property was because a neighbor let us in through a different door. We did not have keys for any of the outside doors to allow us into the building and no code to get you in.
When we got in we only had four towels total for five people so we had to request those They responded to that pretty well and quickly.
However soon we found out that the microwave wasn't working and apparently they were advised the week before but didn't fix it and we didn't get notified It didn't get fixed while we were there So we couldn't reheat foods and do the things that we plan to do to save money while we were there.
The bedroom doors had different keypad locks with no directions on how to unlock them so if you shut the door you could lock yourself out of the bedroom.
many of the outlets in the living room didn't work despite turning on all the light switches checking the breakers or they would only work intermittently So for the first whole day none of them worked The next day some of them worked with no rhyme or reason.
The ice maker in the refrigerator didn't work , some lights not working and no resolution from host whatsoever.
Despite me communicating each item as it occurred. No comp offered
