Property location was great. Very short walk to the pool and beach. Pool was warm, clean and had plenty of seating. Beach was beautiful, easy walk to carry our own chairs down there in the mornings. I had read some reviews on the community security/HOA being overbearing and was slightly worried but we had no issues at all. Guys at gate were always polite and friendly. The house itself could use a few fixes, front step needs repairing. The couch/pillows need cleaned or replaced. Needs a new trash can that opens by using your foot. Not huge fixes. Adding a foldable rack in top floor master to sit suitcases on would be very helpful. Other bedrooms as well as there’s no where to sit them besides floor. The home itself was very spacious. Lots of privacy for our teens to get away and have their own areas to hang out. Chairs on front balcony were great to sit on and enjoy the views. Kitchen was nice with tons of counter space and room for all of us to move around. Not a far drive to nearby restaurants or shopping. We didn’t want to leave. We would definitely come back and stay here again.
