Centrally located and updated beach retreat in resort-style community!

In this new and well maintained community in Crystal Beach, you will have a view of the pool and palm trees from the balcony of our home. The beach is a beautiful 5-10 minute stroll.

All 3 bedrooms and the main living space is equipped with smart screen HDTVs. Kitchen has all the tools you need to cook, bake or make a margarita! For the littlest guests, we offer a pack-n-play with an approved mattress, high chair and baby gates. In the bunk room, you'll find activities to keep the kids busy. There is a full size washer and dryer available for use, as well as, and iron and ironing board. We know beach towels take up space when packing so we offer beach towels for you to use! In the garage, we have beach games, toys, and chairs with a wagon to take all the fun to beach. There are also 2 grills for use - one electric and one charcoal.

The resort-style community pool is just steps from the front door and the perfect place to wake up or unwind.

Great cozy property which was perfect for a weekend visit to Destin. The place was stocked with so many helpful items perfect for an excursion to the beach and more. The location was great for our needs as well. Beds very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Beach trip with our babies

Latitude adjustment was the perfect place for our family to stay during our trip to Destin. It was our babies first time going on a plane and seeing the ocean. The drive from the airport was short. The location was perfect. We can’t wait to stay again!

Beautiful. Well maintained, clean, gorgeous pools and beach. Plenty of staff on the grounds to help if needed. Loved having the restaurant/bar right there on the beach. And the condo itself was lovely. We really enjoyed the wrap around deck and amazing views.

They wanted to charge extra to clean a refrigerator and a grease stain somewhere. Very shady definitely ask what all they want u to scrub because she had a list that basically involved towels and they had already charged a large cleaning fee. We left the place very clean.
