Servicio de playa de cortesía (2 sillas y 1 sombrilla). Se establecerá del 1 de mayo al 30 de octubre de 2019.

A WAVE from it All es una encantadora casa de tres pisos y tres baños, estilo Old Florida Beach, en Crystal Beach, donde duermen 8. Esta casa se completa con una cocina completamente equipada y una gran piscina privada en el patio trasero cercado. La piscina privada es de 25x13 con una profundidad máxima de 5 1/2 pies.

Los interiores de esta casa de vacaciones son cómodos y modernos, con televisores de pantalla plana en casi todas las habitaciones. El suelo de madera noble con tonos de miel dorada rica fluye a lo largo de la sala de estar principal y proporciona una sensación de calidez. Esta sala abierta es luminosa debido a todas las ventanas soleadas. El primer piso cuenta con una cocina de buen tamaño con asientos en el bar para 4 personas, sala de estar grande, dormitorio con cama grande, cuarto de lavado y baño completo.

Al subir las escaleras, encontrará dos habitaciones king con baño privado y acceso al balcón. El balcón es un gran lugar para ver una hermosa puesta de sol de Florida!

Esta encantadora casa se encuentra en el extremo occidental de Scenic Highway 98 en Destin y está a solo cinco minutos a pie de la hermosa playa. Esta ubicación en Crystal Beach se encuentra a minutos de los populares restaurantes frente al mar, algunos de los cuales se encuentran a poca distancia. Destin se encuentra a pocos minutos de otros restaurantes de renombre, bares divertidos y muchas tiendas minoristas. Las diversiones familiares también est��n cerca al incluir el gigantesco parque acuático y el campo de minigolf de Big Kahuna. ¡Disfruta de un momento memorable muy divertido en nuestra encantadora casa en Crystal Beach!

Primer piso: sala de estar con sofá cama Queen, comedor, cocina, dormitorio Queen, baño completo en el vestíbulo, cuarto de lavado.

Segundo piso: dormitorio principal con baño privado, dormitorio con baño privado, ambos dormitorios tienen acceso al balcón.

Para grupos más grandes, también administramos el hogar justo al lado llamado Lighthouse by the Sea (5BR) con su propia piscina privada también. Combinados, ambas casas podrían dormir 24 invitados en total!

Lovely area and house

The house was very clean and comfortable and met all our needs. We were very grateful for the heated pool and had fun driving to golf cart short distances. Would definitely recommend for families!!!

Great place for a family of five to stay!

We loved our stay at “A Wave” in Destin! The location is perfect as it is very close to beach access and all the shops and restaurants you can ask for. The beach access was super convenient. The boardwalk to crystal beach is a stones throw away from the house and you have a spot with two chairs and an umbrella reserved for you. The house was extremely clean and has all the amenities and essentials you need for your stay. Can’t forget about the golf cart, which was very fun to drive around the neighborhood and nearby restaurants on the beach. I hope to bring our family back to “A Wave” in the future!

Perfect family getaway

The home was very clean. We had quick access to the beach and the beach chairs/umbrella were definitely a plus. The golf cart allowed us to get most places very quickly. I highly recommend this rental.

Lovely home and great location!

Absolutely loved this house! The location was superb and we were able to use their golf cart to access groceries, restaurants, book store and shopping. They have a lovely private pool, a short walk to the beach and the complimentary beach chairs with umbrella took it to the next level. All the beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. We’ve been coming to Destin for 15 years and this house felt like a home away from home. We will definitely be returning.

Location is really good, close to beach. Beach chair service was a great perk. Kitchen fully stocked and comfy beds. Pictures were accurate for house. House was clean and comfortable. As pics show it’s a little dated in decor/finishes, but again accurately represented. Heater on pool worked great for 65 degree spring days. Didn’t know the owner lived on-site when booking, but it was not intrusive (and they were very kind). Lots of spring breakers in the area, but sheriff did a good job monitoring. Would stay again with our family.

Great Family Trip

The house was very cozy and comfy. Enjoyed days and nights by the private pool. The beach access with the golf cart was super easy. Loved the neighborhood and convenience to the grocery, dining, and shops in town. We had a great trip and made lots of memories.

Nice place for family and close to the beach

Very nice and clean place to stay. Would’ve been nice if there were general things like salt, pepper, sugar, tin foil, condiments, and more toilet paper. We enjoyed our stay and left some salt/pepper/extra toilet paper ☺️

Close walking distance to beach and restaurants.

House is roomy, kitchen has what you need to cook. The pool area is very nice. lots of seating. Wood decking needs work,bathroom upstairs needs repair to wall behind door. We were very happy with the house overall.We will rent this house again.

Perfect family beach house

The property was PERFECT for our family of 8 — 3 couples; infant; toddler. We would love to come back again. The kitchen was FULLY stocked with cooking utensils — including a crock pot. I cannot express enough how great of a house this is for a family vacation. Only a 2-3 minute walk to the beach. Large size kitchen and living room. Bedrooms are roomy! Balcony wraps around half of the house with a great view. Nice, clean and friendly neighborhood. Pool was kept clean with plenty of seating and kids toys — also can catch plenty of sun by the pool all day. Propane gas grill pool-side worked great for us cooking steaks! The front yard has wonderful greenery which can keep you cool — enjoy coffee in the morning on the front porch while looking at the greenery and while your little ones play in the “Forrest”.

Solid place to stay with great property management

Overall the experience was very good. The property was as described and the pool was a valuable amenity (very clean). The beach service and the proximity to the beach were great too! The location was away from all of the hubbub of town, but still offered a nice retreat from the craziness of the area. It was not far from the restaurants and bars. There are two items which had me take away one star from my experience. 1. The outside decking was very sketchy with many gaps and very aged wood (consistent with other reviewers) 2. I found it very odd that the owners of the property lived in the garage during our stay. They were very nice people, but it felt like we lacked privacy other properties would offer. I would be remiss if I didn’t by name mention Frangista Beach Properties for their constant communication, easy checking/out, and hospitality. I would highly recommend working with them. With a little upgrading/maintenance this place would be a full 5 star stay!

A Wave from it all

The house is located a short walk to the beach and located close to groceries and restaurants without being in a crazy busy part of Destin. The furnishings need updating but the house was clean and it was great having 3 full bathrooms. The pool is smaller than anticipated from the picture and a bit old but plenty of seating and very relaxing. Glad we had the pool cause the riptide kept the beach closed for swimming 4 of our 7 day stay.

Wonderful hosts great location

Sorry for the late review we really enjoyed spending the holidays in Destin at your property. The owners are super friendly, very attentive to any issues (which we had none) and checked in to make sure we were happy. They were most generous to drop off a nice holiday care/gift package for our family which was very appreciated. Cannot beat the location 4 houses from scenic 98 (ocean blvd). Can walk to many places and beach access is literally 300 yards away. The 2nd floor deck provides a great view of the ocean and breezes from the ocean. Pet friendly with plenty of places to walk the dog. We will book here again when visiting. thank you.

Great time in Destin!

A Wave From it All met our expectations! Our family enjoyed the patio and pool as well as the spaciousness of the house and the short walks to the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked with the necessary utensils, dinner plates, glasses and other cooking essentials for us to enjoys meals at the house without having to go to crowded restaurants. One recommendation we have is additional safety bars in the showers to assist getting in and out of the “deep” bathtubs. We will definitely consider A Wave From it All For our housing needs when traveling to Destin in the future.

Great thanksgiving stay

My family and I had a fabulous stay! We stayed the week of thanksgiving and couldn’t of asked for a better location! House was perfect for our needs, and we had a lovely time! Great house for dogs too!
