Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Shakes, Mellow Mushroom Pizza, and Subway. Blalock Seafood Market is just a block to the west. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.

100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.

designated parking pass easily visible through the windshield at all times while parked on the property.

Wonderful location

This property is located directly on the beach with beautiful Gulf views. The balcony is spacious and private and a wonderful place to relax before or after a day out. The unit felt comfortably spacious for our family of 2 adults and 2 teens. The heated pool was a nice place to spend a little time, though the temperature could have been bumped up a couple of degrees on the chillier days.The beach chairs were a nice bonus. Overall, this was a great place to make our home base during our trip.

50 girls trip

Stay was wonderful, had a blast. Condo was clean. The only thing i would suggest would updating the mattresses. Check in and check out was very easy. We arrived early and hit up the pool and they let us know when the condo was ready.

Great location, check in -out was easy and accommodations were well stocked. Only concern was the cleanliness of the condo. We arrived late so could not ask for cleaning service to return. I cleaned bathrooms, kitchen counters and swept sand and food from kitchen floor.

Very spacious & as described in listing. Located right on the beach, spectacular heated pool, & not an overpopulated condo complex. Came with complimentary Beach umbrella & 2 chairs for each day of our stay which took the hassle out of getting that beach gear to the beach yourself. Just a very short walk to the beach to experience the clear waters & white sands of Destin Beach! Would definitely recommend staying here! We loved it!

Very nice updated condo, right on the ocean, short walk. Close to everything, only thing I would say wasn't comfortable was the bed pillows, but I prefer a very soft pillow. Other wise I would definitely stay again.

Awesome!!

This property to me is in an excellent location. It is also not huge with only 12 floors with I believe 4 condos per floor. So not extremely over crowded. It right on the beach, every morning we were able to see dolphins from our balcony!! The depth of the water was perfect and crystal clear. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back.

Awesome location but needs good cleaning.

Three fire alarms in a 24 hour period was a little much. I’d say especially since we were on the 12th floor and two happened after midnight with two small kids. The condo needs a very good cleaning. The location to the beach and having a pool were the best parts.

My family was very pleased with this rental! The view was spectacular! We were close to restaurants and attractions. The beach and pool was just an elevator ride down. My son is in a wheelchair and this property accommodated all of his needs. Will stay again!

Sisters long weekend

This condo was really nice. The million dollar view was unbeatable. Service was great. Saul and Triston (maintenance guys) couldn't have been more accomodating and friendly. We had a really good time on our beach weekend. Carolyn was very easy to get in touch with and answered promptly. Would definitely go back again.

Aww, the view!

Although the month of February wasn’t as warm and sunny as we had hoped, it was warmer than where we are from. This unit has very nice , recently updated bathrooms. We loved the abundance of new bath and kitchen towels! The view of white sand beach and aqua water was beautiful!
