Beautiful condo with lots of thoughtful little touches. Loved sitting by the pool overlooking the water and the boats passing by. Fun taxi ride across the bay to the boardwalk.

Best place to stay in Destin hands down!

1st off let me say I’ve been coming to Destin since I was 8 with my Dad because my Grandparents and Great Grandparents lived in Gulf Breeze.Hwy 98 was never as busy as it is today, the big resorts are packed even if they offer private beaches and really expensive.If you don’t vacay to Destin often then you won’t understand how amazing it is having a red light, gas station and restaurants on your turn into where your staying is! But this location has all of that plus less than 5 minutes to big Kahunas water park.The accommodations are top notch! Clean, very comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, two bath tubs, washer, dryer and dishwasher but the best part of the beautiful pristine condo with amazing sunset views and boat traffic is that it has a trash shoot on the same floor! You won’t appreciate this part of my review until you use it! You feel so safe, there’s a gate code to the property, a code for the elevator and the beach is shoulder to shoulder with the pools that are quiet at night. I recommend this place 1000%! It’s at the end of a peninsula with a dozen 10million dollar homes with its own million dollar view. Plus there’s beautiful fireworks Monday and Thursday for the harbor that you get a front row seat too! It puts the AY! In VacAY!

Hidden Gem!

A True Hidden Gem – My New Go-To in Destin!I needed a last-minute getaway and stumbled upon this incredible find—so glad I did! This property truly felt like a home away from home. It’s perfectly located near fantastic restaurants, entertainment, and just minutes from the beach. Everything you could possibly need is right at your fingertips.The hosts, Carole and Carl, were absolutely amazing—welcoming, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in making sure our stay was perfect. Their hospitality made all the difference.This place has officially become my new yearly rental spot whenever I visit Destin. Already looking forward to the next trip!

Very comfortable

Condo was very, very comfortable. Love the view of the harbor, having the big screen TVs with dish network, 2 king size beds comfy mattresses, comfortable power recliners, washer and dryer in the unit with a nice side by side refrigerator and not to mention the front row seat to the fireworks show on the balcony. Thanks for such an amazing comfortable condo. Owner provided extra things just in case you forgot to bring something. Very appreciative.

Spring week long stay

Had a wonderful stay in Destin area for a little getaway. Carole and Carl have a great location and a welcoming atmosphere in their condo. Nicely decorated with plenty of room. Nice pool area as well as a sand beach area to the seawall. Public beach was next door and in walking distance. Public beach was open but under some update construction with the parking area closed off with limited parking so we had plenty of room at the beach and lagoon areas. Carole was reached easily and responded to any questions. Overall, it was one of the best experiences we have had in rental.

Relaxing

Very clean & well appointed condo & extra touches with toiletries provided in each restroom. View is fantastic & I spent great deal of time on the balcony watching the boats come & go. Communication with Carole was easy & she was quick to reply to any questions we had.

Beautiful upscale condo

Everything was beautiful, clean and well cared for. It would’ve been nice to have access to the water, but that was disclosed in the description online. you could tell there was a gate that sometime in the past had been open to East Pass Towers. For some reason, it was padlocked and the only way to access the nice swimming areas near the condos was to walk all the way around or climb across the rocks! I guess it had something to do with the ongoing construction in the area.

Perfect Little Spot

Great location, picturesque drive, small town atmosphere.. what else could you want!? The condo was lovely, kitchen was stocked with everything we’d need to cook at home, family really enjoyed coming back and relaxing after a long day at the beach or shopping, and Carole was a pleasure to work with. Huge balcony with amazing sunset views

My husband and our families had the best time at this beautifully decorated condo with more amenities than expected. Communication with Carole was exceptional which made our check in process easy breezy. The large balcony with the harbor and East pass view is accessible from the living room as well as both bedrooms. We enjoyed watching all of the boat traffic and the firework show is a bonus. Would absolutely recommend to friends as we hope to come back soon ourselves.

EXCELLENT!

Rarely does a property exceed your expectations, but this unit really did. Fabulous views of the harbor from the unit, and the jetty from the pool including fabulous fireworks. Clean, spacious and wonderful amenities supplied by the owner. Will definitely rent again.

Amazing apartment

Comfy living for a week! I got the rest I needed here. Could see boats going and out of bay from seating in the living room. Watched the sunset and a parking lot being laid from the balcony:-) There is an echo of voices on the balcony from other balconies, but that’s pretty standard and tall condos like this. Most of the beach you can see is fenced off, but nice accessible beach is only a 10 minute walk. The condo is at end of Peninsula so you must have a car to get to shopping/dining.

Destin's White Beaches

What a fantastic vacation! And yes, the beaches are as white as you could imagine. We loved every minute of our stay here. We couldn't have asked for more! The amenities are host provided were unexpected and very much appreciated! The view of Harbor Walk and the ocean was a special plus. The sunsets were awesome and the fireworks on Friday nights were fabulous! Dining was a sheer delight. The restaurants were great! Seafood and oysters (Boshamps), Italian (Tuscany Italian Bistro), Irish (McGuire's Pub), Bubba Gump Shrimp, Margaritaville, Miller's Ale House (great sports bar) , many Mexican restaurants, just to name a few! Thank you again for a wonderful vacation! Can't wait to return!!!

Destin Stay

Property was as described. Construction outside was very loud which made sitting on the patio bad. No direct access to the Gulf to swim. Had to drive to another location. The view of the Harbor was great. Overall the stay was good.

SIMPLY AMAZING!!!

This condo was perfect! The location was amazing, located with direct access to the beach! The condo was clean, very comfortable and had absolutely everything we were hoping for! The pool was clean and a fun place to start and end the day! Carol was super responsive and always just a phone call away if we needed anything (which we did not need). The view for the fireworks were great! The balcony was perfect for watching the nightlife across the harbor! You couldn’t hear any noise from any of the neighbors! My husband loved the full gym for his morning workouts. We were so sad to have to leave! The price for this condo was way under what others charge for less accommodations. If your on the fence with picking this condo or another, I HIGHLY recommend picking this condo! We will 100% be coming back soon! We will cherish all the memories we made here!

Great Condo, but construction was frustrating

The condo was a perfect location. It was clean and spacious. There were lots of nice details the owners left for us. However, the construction all around the building put a damper on everything. A barge and crane blocked the view from the pool until our last day. There was also construction right outside the balcony that started before 7am. The additional walk required to get to the beach was a pain. I know this is out of the owners control, but it definitely had an impact on our visit. We had no idea about it before arrival. Would definitely return if/when construction is complete.

Excellent Location and Awesome Sunsets

This unit was by far the cleanest we have rented. The owners were excellent to work with and very accommodating. Holiday Isle's location is convenient to everything. You won't be disappointed with this one.
