Great location but…
Long story short, almost no communication from management company. So if there are ANY issues, you are left to fixing yourself. I asked a few short questions about our stay the day before arrival and NEVER got human responses, just automated messages about check in processes/codes. Never got any response about some detailed questions. We arrived after a very long trip and my daughter needed to immediately go the restroom, as did several of us! There was not a single roll in the entire house! We pay over 6k for the week and not even a starter TP roll! Our Walmart delivery was coming a little later so we had nothing to use. Our living room tv never worked and the bikes had missing pedals (randomly found in the laundry room!) and many other bike issues. We contacted mgmt immediately upon arrival and we didn’t get someone to come by until 3 days later! They fixed the bikes, however another one later kept having the chain come off. We never had a working living room tv our entire trip. My husband and friends husband had to move another tv from another room just so we could watch something together. I just couldn’t believe that is the standard for this kind of price point and location. I am waiting on them to “review” our stay to see what will be done. Great location and cute community but forget having them make sure everything is as it should be.
