We travel a lot and this was one of the best houses we have stayed at. From the host to the house it was a Perfect stay! We stayed for 8 nights had everything we needed. The house was clean and cozy! We spent so much time on the porch soaking in the nice weather. The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking equipment and so much more. This is truly the perfect place to make memories at the beach, you will never want to leave! I do have to add the staff was amazing so friendly and helpful!

We have stayed at numerous places up and down 30A, from Destin to PCB, and everywhere in between. And we would say this was one of the coziest beach houses we have stayed in. It’s perfectly nestled in shady trees, a private back porch with grill, and enough space for our family of four to relax for the week. The beach is a very short walk away, and the house has everything you need from chairs, wagon, umbrellas, a pop up canopy, and lots of beach toys! We were there during fall break and the beach never felt over crowded. We would go around noon each day and easily get a spot on the water. The shops and restaurants nearby are all great and easy to get to. We had a great week and would gladly go again!

The place was beautiful and the location of it had very easy access to the beach, was within short walking distance. Had a little trouble with the thermostat to the house (hadn't touched it at all, and the a/c unit wasn't kicking on) but it was on the last day so it wasn't that big of a deal. Overall had a wonderful stay with my family

Family beach getaway

Sea Haven is a wonderful property. The location is one block from the beach in a quiet neighborhood and plenty of privacy. The amenities were ample and the host Nancy was very responsive. The property accommodated 7 adults and had plenty of beach equipment. Close to stores and attractions. Sea Haven is perfect if your family is looking for somewhere that feels like home.

Spring break family vacay

This property was perfect for our family's spring break! The house is beautiful, cozy, and perfect for a family of 5. We loved that it was within walking distance to the beach, and had every food option imaginable just a short golf cart trip away. Would definitely stay again.

Sandy and silly time!

I came with a few of my friends for a spring break trip and it was lovely!!! The house was just like the photos, very clean, and a fun space for a group of people. We loved how close we were to the beach and the neighborhood was very peaceful! Would definitely recommend.

Privacy in the middle of the beach

Great Location with Privacy

The home was less than a 5 minute walk to beach. You can get to shopping and dining locations in 5 to 10 minutes. We forgot our cooler and didnt have room for beach chairs, so we were delighted to see all those items and more in the shed out back. There was even a wagon to carry items to the beach. The house was perfect for 2 couples to stay in. The patio out back is fenced in allowing for privacy. The patio did have a lot of wet leaves covering it when we arrived but to be fair, there was frequent rain and wind so that is going to happen with all the tree cover. We filled up the fountain out back and enjoyed dinner out there. There is an outdoor shower for getting all the sand off after beach which was extremely convenient! My only suggestion would be to increase kitchen items. We found no grill utensils and had to go buy them. Plenty of dinnerware, glasses, cups, pans and eating utensils though. We only has 2 trash bags in house and one dish rag. The other rag was outside on our arrival and had brown gunk on it. The stand next to door had someones to go food and a fork next to it and flies all around it. Im sure the cleaning person simply made and error and forgot it but it wasnt appealing to walk into. The house itself was clean though. The master bedroom sink took forever to drain so we ended up using hallway bath for washing hands and brushing teeth. Master bathroom was very nice other than that. Overall enjoyed and recommend! fanibedroom! Overall placback.ven

Great Host, House and Location!

This house is accurate based on the listing. We enjoyed our stay with our family here for a Destin vacation. The house was very clean. They take pride in cleanliness and some of the house rules support this overall for everyone's stay. With a baby, cleanliness was a top priority for us. We were very relax and felt at home. We had some questions during our stay and had a great response back. Communication is great with the host too! Overall we would come back and have already recommended the house to other family and friends. The location is icing on top, it's literally a 5 minute walk to the beach. Good choice

As described, walk to the beach, clean, updated, everything works from AC to fridge to hot water and washer/dryer. We were confused using TV in back bedroom, never got it to work but living room TV was fine. Warning for tall people; light fixtures in dining room are low and taking trash out back there is a wooden bar to hit one’s head on if you are over 5’ 8"
