I stayed at this hotel alot ive always been on top floor i asked to be allocated upstairs got told no. I now have a rash thats getting worse, i pay for when i go to a hotel, downstairs in this hotel is an hostal and like i said i pay for my hotels

Friday night fine. Saturday night constant backwards and forwards from room opposite my room. Very nearly every half hour banging of doors. Banging on my door and people in corridor talking loudly. From 10.30 until I left at 7am.
