The staff was very kind; however, the hotel location itself is in an area of town I would not stay again. The lobby and front parking lot of the hotel were congested by homeless people. A man was sleeping on the luggage cart our first night, no shoes and slumped over his knees. Not ideal for families or people wanting a comfortable stay. I would not recommend to my friends and family.

The hotel was clean and staff very helpful. I gave it 5 stars enen tho it was not a totally first class place in that it's old (and the toilet seat was oval on a round stool!) but it is an excellent buy in a great place to get to the National Western complex which was our goal!
