ABOUT THE SPACE Welcome to "Rosé All Day," a stunning condo located in the vibrant Espadin LoHi neighborhood of Denver, CO. This beautifully designed two-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat offers the perfect blend of modern comfort and urban charm, making it an ideal getaway for families or groups of friends seeking a memorable Mile High City experience.
With a spacious layout of 1,072 square feet, the condo comfortably accommodates 7 guests. The primary bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed. The second bedroom is perfect for kids or guests who don't mind sharing. It includes a full-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle, sleeping up to 5 guests though we recommend 3–4 for maximum comfort.
The cozy dining area offers the perfect spot to share meals, while the inviting living room is ideal for lounging and streaming your favorite shows with the cable/satellite TV. Just outside of the living area is one of the best parts of the loft, the super spacious, private wrap-around balcony with, you guessed it, mountain views and city views! This is the perfect, peaceful place to read a book or meditate during the day and admire the cotton candy Colorado sunsets over the Rocky Mountains at night.
The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with modern appliances. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner, you'll find everything you need, including cooking basics and dining utensils.

Please note that street parking in this area can be limited and competitive, especially during evenings and weekends, so we recommend giving yourself a little extra time to find a spot or securing a private garage parking space ahead of time.
PET-FRIENDLY POLICY We also welcome pets as part of the family, but to maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests, we implement a pet fee of $75 per stay. Guests must notify us in advance if they plan to bring a pet, and a maximum of two pets are allowed per rental unit. Pet owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets, and adherence to pet-related house rules, such as leash requirements and waste disposal guidelines, is required.
