Shower drain would not drain. Had to call for maintenance to unclog. A roach in the room was the kicker...makes you think about overall cleanliness.

The hotel’s housekeeping is poor—they don’t clean rooms daily, and even after asking at the front desk, no one came to clean or replace towels. The gym is basic, with just dumbbells and cardio equipment. Not a great experience, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at the Magnolia Hotel in Denver. The room was spacious, quiet, and exceptionally clean—perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The staff provided excellent customer service from start to finish. We also really enjoyed Henry’s bar downstairs—the nachos and truffle fries were absolutely delicious. We would definitely stay here again!

The customer service from the very first call to the last interaction at the front desk at 4 am was warm and friendly and professional and kind and helpful......the best I have experienced in a very long time and I have alot of experience in treating customers right as well....it is a game changer for my over all experience. Great helpfulness to print my boarding pass.....for accommodating all the little things that could happen that need a little help with a road trip......so timely and quick with any request I made. I was offered a little fidge to help keep the food I needed to have during my stay to stay on my special eating protocol......I had great service from so many inclduding Samantha, Eddie, Paul and Marisol. There was a very nice man from the building services who helped me with the lights when he delivered the fridge......I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Great redo of a historic building/hotel. Very comfortable from lobby to guest room & amenities. The little touch’s like the nice welcome table of water/hot chocolate & cookies etc.. Also the complementary coffee bar in the morning. Stephen & all staff members we met during our stay made us feel like they cared and treated us like we were somebody. We will return and check out other Tribute Portfolio Hotels. Thanks Much

The customer service was great but the room was not what I was expecting at all. The tub was dirty, there was a hair in the sheets so I was worried they never changed the sheets. The toilet stopped working and they said the water had been turned off?
