Excellent quality

The whole hotel is kept in tip top shape, from the toilet to the garden. Everything you see on the website is how it is. Fantastic breakfast, well located in Sanur with great adjacent restaurants. This will become my default hotel for future trips.

Loved our stay at Prama! Would absolutely stay here again. Breakfast was good, lots of options. Pool was fantastic. Property was a bit dated, and we also had an AC leak when we first arrived but maintenance took care of it quickly. Would recommend this property to others.

We were 3 adults in 2 rooms. The hotel is in a wonderfully convenient location on the beach front, close to other cafes and reataurants and the shopping strip which is one block back. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the rooms are kept clean. We did feel a bit disappointed that our 2 rooms were not next to each other, even though we had booked in the same booking, and my friend moved rooms on the 2nd day which was easy to arrange. The first room hadn't been cleaned properly, but this was quickly rectified. She also had trouble with condensation forming in the room if the air con wasn't cool enough. But this did not detract too much from our stay and we would stay here again.

Enjoyed our 5 night stay at the Prama, was close to restaurants, shops and bars along the beach. Pool facilities were good for our grandson and bikes were good for a ride along the beachfront. Would definitely stay again on our next holiday.

The staff were brilliant. On arrival the reception were very welcoming. The facilities are many and varied. There are a variety of swimming pools for adults and kids. The beach and sea views are very close. The Bamboo Beach Bar is really good and has delightful staff. There is entertainment on most evenings and the music is great. The breakfast area is well organised and supplies a really good variety of foods. The staff who look after the rooms are very friendly and do a good job. Overall a very nice holiday, and would definately come here again.

The rooms are in desperate need of refurbishment. The hotel is more than 50 years old and it shows. Staff all good but rooms noisy and badly in need of a refurbishment. We will be staying elsewhere next time.

This hotel is excellent, especially for families.access to beach; plenty of beach and poolside loungers. Many local eateries handy to hotel and the beach walkway gives an easy walk to Sanur viĺlage shops and Icon shopping centre. Sanur is v.quiet compared to Kuta/Legian.
