I was hesitant at for after reading reviews, but the properly and entire staff was absolutely amazing. We declined a room upgrade because my wife wanted a balcony, but the room is super clean spacious. In good faith, the manager sent my wife and I a bottle of wine. They went out of the way to make us comfortable and happy. Highly recommended.. Also, the bed was absolutely the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in. I actually took a picture of it to order it when we get back to the US. A++++

Excellent all round hotel

An excellent hotel where the staff did as much as they could to enhance your stay. We only had the one night but the rooms were spacious, extremely comfortable and spotless. The breakfast was first class with excellent service so I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

The property was really badly kept. I wanted to check out and I complained about so many things, that they said that they would not charge me for my second night, AS it turns out, the credit that they were giving me, ended up charging me for another night! So instead of one nights charge, I was billed for 3 nights!! AND originally paid for 2, but the person at the front desk instead of a credit to my card, ended up charging ( a sale ) for anther night! SO I was completely ripped off!!

The freeze was not working when informed- that I need it for medication - the response I got was - we can store your medication for you elsewhere - a response I was not expecting- the freeze was changed twice but still not working. The room was not cleaned properly- I had yo ask for a room change - room changed twice as the rooms were not clean - the final room approved had so much pesticide- mosquito spray that could not sleep and kept coughing from the smell. The rooms are dated and need an uplift. The carpet on the stairs leading to the rooms were dirty as well- I would not rate this. five star hotel - more like a 3/4 star.

Beautiful historical hotel in a green area

Beautiful historical hotel in a green area of New Delhi with palatial rooms and lots of gorgeous paintings and other pieces of art. Nice pool and fabulous choice for breakfast with many healthy items. Staff is wonderful, very attentive and professional. I can highly recommend!
