Fantastic beach location on Österlen in SkĂ„ne, 40 meters from the white sandy beach is this exclusive little cottage with two bedrooms, two living rooms one with well equipped kitchen and one with fireplace, and openable glass wall facing south, and toilet with shower, washing machine and dryer, storage room . You go directly out to the covered terraces in the southeast and west.
You have nature reserves outside the site boundary. Bicycle and hiking trails pass a few hundred meters from the cottage. You can borrow bicycles for free. Internet Wi-Fi included 100/10. Antenna and parbol for TV
You have 6 km to Degeberga golf courses and ten golf courses are within a five mile radius. You can swim in the sea at the cottage or temporarily swim 8 km away.

Ein sehr gelungener Urlaub in einem liebevoll eingerichtetem Haus

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.Das Meer ist so nahe, daß man es hören kann und nicht bis 10 zĂ€hlen muss um am Wasser zu sein.Das Haus ist sehr gemĂŒtlich und liebevoll eingerichtet.Besonders den Wintergarten haben wir geliebt, mit seinen hohen Scheiben und den GlastĂŒren, die man ganz aufschieben kann und die schöne Terasse mit ihren Gartenmöbeln.Im Ganzen ist das Haus sehr gepflegt, innen, sowie außen.Vielen lieben Dank auch an Einar und seine Frau, die uns sehr nett Willkommen geheißen haben und sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich sind.Man merkt ihnen die Freude an GĂ€ste zu haben.Wir freuen uns darauf und kommen gerne wieder.

Kleiner Bungalow in zweiter Strandreihe

Das HĂ€uschen ist klein und gemĂŒtlich, fĂŒr 2 Personen völlig ausreichend. Es liegt nur wenige Meter vom wunderschönen Strand entfernt, allerdings sind direkt am Strand Hunde in den Sommermonaten verboten ( wie wohl fast ĂŒberall in Schweden).Es gibt aber direkt oberhalb des Strandes einen Pfad zum Laufen mit Hund und auch Liegemöglichkeiten auf der Wiese.

Urlaub dicht am sehr schönem Ostseestrand

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus erlebt. Es liegt in einer weitlĂ€ufigen Ferienhaussiedlung sehr dicht am wunderschönen Ostseestrand. Zu Fuß braucht man keine Minute, um in der Ostsee zu baden. Die Gegend eignet sich hervorragend fĂŒr ausgiebige Fahrradtouren. Der Besitzer Einar hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und ist immer sehr hilfsbereit. Zugegeben die Innenrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hat aber ihren besonderen Charme. Es gibt eine sehr große Terrasse mit zwei Tischen und StĂŒhlen. Neben mehreren FahrrĂ€dern, Sonnenschirmen, mehreren Sonnenliegen, Waschmaschine, Trockner, kompletter KĂŒchenausstattung, etc. bietet das Ferienhaus alles fĂŒr einen erholsamen Urlaub. Unser Hund hat sich im Haus und am Strand auch sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Wir halten das gesamte Angebot fĂŒr sehr empfehlenswert und kommen auch gerne wieder.

Ruhe genießen

Es war sehr schön und der Wettergott hat auch mitgespielt. Trotz Oktober hatten wir viel Sonne, auch Regen und mÀchtig Wind aber die schöne Landschaft und die super schönen kleinen StÀdchen ringsherum sind auch bei diesem Wetter einen Besuch wert. Die netten kleinen Cafes sind immer einen Besuch wert und in Kivik muss man auf jeden Fall in Fischladen gehen, einfach nur lecker!!!! was es da zu "futtern" gibt:) Barbara & Norbert

Direkt am Meer, ideal fĂŒr Wander- und Fahrradtouren

Die Lage des Hauses und die Möglichkeiten fĂŒr Wander- und FahrradaktivitĂ€ten waren hervorragend. Und wo hat man schon einen kilometerlangen Strand, an dem man die ĂŒbrigen StrandgĂ€nger im Umkreis von 2 Kilometern an zwei HĂ€nden abzĂ€hlen kann? Wir waren mit zwei Erwachsenen in dem Haus und waren mit dem Haus selbst recht zufrieden. Sehr sauber, obwohl das Inventar etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Aber es hat alles zufriedenstellend funktioniert. Meistens auch das WLAN. Bei Bedarf hilft Einar, den wir nur als sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit kennen gelernt haben. Als Familie mit zwei Kindern wĂŒrden wir das Haus allerdings nur dann empfehlen, wenn beide Kinder im Vorschulalter sind. Das zweite Schlafzimmer mit Etagenbett wĂ€re ansonsten zu klein. Das andere Schlafzimmer ist allerdings auch nicht sehr groß. Insgesamt bleibt die Erinnerung an den sehr kurzen Weg zum Meer und den ĂŒberwĂ€ltigende Ausblick. Das war schon etwas sehr Besonderes.

Traumhafte Lage im gemĂŒtlichen Strandhaus

Wir haben unseren ersten Urlaub in Schweden verbracht und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Dieses exklusive Strandhaus von Einar liegt direkt am idyllischen Ostseestrand mitten im Naturreservat. Im Haus ist alles, was man braucht. Wir kommen wieder ;) LG

Sehr schönes Haus und eine wunderschöne Lage. Das Haus ist einfach eingerichtet, was aber vollkommen ausreichend ist. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Schade, dass man die Endreinigung selber durchfĂŒhren muss.

GemĂŒtliches Haus am Meer

Das Haus ist klein, wir fanden es aber fĂŒr 2 Personen sehr gemĂŒtlich, und es ist - einschließlich schnellem Wlan und diverser TV-Programme - alles vorhanden, was man fĂŒr den Urlaub braucht. Wir haben die Ruhe auf der sonnigen Terrasse genossen, vor allem aber den nur wenige Schritte entfernten und im Mai völlig leeren weißsandigen Strand. Mit den vorhandenen FahrrĂ€dern konnten wir die Umgebung auf wunderbaren Radwegen entdecken. FĂŒr uns als Golfer waren auch die naheliegenden GolfplĂ€tze ein großes Plus. Alles in allem kann man sich in dem Haus und der Umgebung sehr gut erholen.

Perfect accommodation at Baltic Sea

The cottage was exactly as described, well cleaned, good equipped and generally in a good shape & maintained. For sure it's tight place for 4 persons, but that was clear before, from cottages description & pics. The Baltic Sea is just some footsteps away, kids used that to check the beach often. Regularly the neighbourhood is quiet, the shooting range beside in the south is not an issue. Finally, it's a good starting point to visit Åhus, Kristianstad or Swedish national parks like Stenshuvud or SöderĂ„sen. We had three great weeks here, also thanks to our kind host Einar, who had been always there to help and serve. One improvement would be a cleaning service for the final self cleaning, as this is always time and effort before returning home.

Haben die kurze Auszeit am Meer sehr genossen. Vielen Dank. Das HĂ€uschen war gemĂŒtlich und wirklich schön gelegen. Einar war sehr hilfsbereit. Einziger Nachteil war, dass man am Ende selbst putzen musste. Das will man im Urlaub eigentlich nicht.
