Pool heater was not working but hot tub was nice, front desk staff member very helpful and welcoming, building older ,carpets showing age , floors creaked in room , bed comfy ( especially the pillows ) pool area very clean , building not in a desirable area but close to shopping. Bathtub could do with a replace or renew

Rooms were very clean, and comfortable. Pool was nice. Property was clean and quiet. Parking can be congested and breakfast wasn’t great. Food was good for free hotel breakfast and buffet area was clean, but by 7:45 it was about pick over and they weren’t or don’t restock. Overall I found our stay very good.

We paid for a suite, then got downgraded to a normal room and paid the normal price of the suite. there was no change in price in fact the price went up because we had a pet $25.00 pet deposit. Expedia said the hotel was pet friendly and it is not pet friendly. That is why we got downgraded to a normal room and paid the full price of a suite. Hotel said no pets and suites, we paid the full price for a suite, even though we stayed in a average room.

This is a very clean, comfortable hotel with helpful staff. I just found the heat/AC unit very loud. Instead of a constant white noise, it turned on and off and it really blasted while on. But i would still recommend this hotel.

Pool heater was broken which was not disclosed at time of booking. The staff let a group of kids run around all floors of the hotel in the evening, yelling and tossing footballs. There was a layer of dirt/grime on the sides of the hot tub. Breakfast options were unimpressive. Stains on the bed linens. Will not be back and would not recommend.
