Friends and Family trip
Enjoyed our stay. Large condo with a lot space for everyone. Easy beach access. Private parking garage with assigned parking spaces. I only have two reasons for the 4/5 stars. Reason #1 : key fobs. You only get 3 fobs for the whole unit. We had 8 in our group with everyone being old enough to move around by themselves. 8 people and 3 fobs caused issues during the week. You have to walk someone out or in that didn't have a fob. Spoke with others in the condo and they spoke of the same problem. If you don't have a fob, then you have someone come get you or wait for another condo guest to pass thru and let you in. The 2nd option obviously defeats the security purpose of the fob. I feel like utilizing a card system like hotels would better. Cards are easy to program and cheap to replace if lost. 2nd reason is due to two pocket doors in our condo were difficult to close. One pocket door for a toliet was nearly impossible to close/open. They need to be fixed. I know pocket doors replacement is an issue since the whole assembly and the wall they are contained in have to be removed, but the two in our condo need to go. Other than that, great place to stay.
