WALK EVERYWHERE! The beach, boardwalk and Ocean Center are all within a 5-7 minute walk from the home!
No need to have to drive a car during your stay since you are in the heart of the beach with restaurants and entertainment galore!

If you bring a pet, they must be well-behaved and fully trained.
Please pick up after your pet uses the bathroom on the lawn & when walking them.
There is an outdoor shower with shower curtain enclosure that can be used as a second shower.
No local guests.
Primary renter, a.k.a. the person that booked the house, be at least 21 years old.
Guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form and upload photo of government ID of the primary renter who makes the reservation.
Lease agreement required to be signed prior to check in for stays of more than 28 days.
The garage opens manually. Please inform the host when booking if you will be using the garage for parking to ensure usability.
Driveway Size: 100ft long 10ft wide
$20 per pet per night. MONTHLY STAYS (28 nights or longer) - The fee is $195 per animal per month
Please note that the system automatically adds a $15 charge per person after the 4th guest. This is already reflected in the price if you indicate more than 4 guests at the time of booking. This way, smaller groups don’t pay the full rate for a larger group.

Please note that we do not have a traditional crib, but we do provide a Pack 'n Play for your convenience. If you plan to use it, kindly bring your own Pack 'n Play sheets.
