The Space:
This home will make you say wow! If you are looking for a quiet Beach (3 min walk) & Pool getaway with your family, pets & friends, this home will accommodate 1-3 families comfortably. New Hot Tub was just added! Gorgeous all around, professionally decorated, this home will create a perfect setting for a perfect vacation.
Split into 2 levels, there are 2 master suites located up and downstairs. The upstairs master suite features a King size bed, luxury bathroom, and a private sitting area outside on the deck. Kids will enjoy their own kids bunk suite with 2 bunks, toys, TV, and game console.
Accommodations:
- Two master suites: one upstairs with King bed and one downstairs with separate entrance and Queen bed.
- Kids bunk suite with toys and entertainment.
- Dining room table with comfortable seating for 6 guests (extra folding chairs available).
- Downstairs living area set up as a game room with large screen TV, bar area, and pool table.
- Screened porch with cozy couch and chairs.
Outdoor Features:
- Short 3-minute walk to a gorgeous white sand beach, feeling like a private beach with no outside traffic.
- Fenced yard perfect for pets ($100 per pet fee).
- Upstairs wrap-around decking with table, chairs, and a swing to enjoy the summer ocean breeze.
- Beach chairs and umbrellas provided for your enjoyment, along with 2 bikes.
Kitchen Amenities:
- Chef's dream kitchen with the latest kitchen electronics including Ninja food processor, coffee maker, pancake & waffle makers, and more.
- Fully stocked kitchen with dishes, pots, pans, and cooking utensils.
- Basic starter supplies provided: toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, towels, linens, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board.
- Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen prior to arrival.
Additional Information:
- The pool can be heated for an additional charge of $289 plus tax. Please let us know after you reserve your stay to add this additional service charge.

Check-out time anytime before 10:00 am
- Beach Equipment is located in the storage( garage) on the left side of the front door. Please wash the sand off the furniture before returning it to the storage area.

As you prepare to depart, a gentle reminder that check-out time is 10:00 AM.
When convenient, kindly review the following:
- Please ensure you have all your personal belongings, including chargers, jewelry, passports, etc.
We recommend checking closets, drawers, under beds, and bathrooms.
- Kindly place used dishes in the dishwasher and begin a cycle.
- Please leave any food items in the refrigerator — our housekeeping team will handle the cleanup.
- Please Do Not remove bed linens — our professional team will care for all bedding and preparations.
- If you wish to assist, starting a load of towels would be greatly appreciated.
- Ensure that all lights are switched off and that all windows are securely closed.
- Kindly place any trash in the outdoor receptacles.
- If you travel with pets, please remove any waste from the property grounds.
- If you used the grill, a light clean would be appreciated.
- Once you have checked out, we kindly ask you to send us a brief message to confirm your departure.

After you have reserved your stay, please be advised that we will be sending you a rental agreement to sign through our system. This agreement MUST be signed in order to confirm your stay and receive your check in instructions.Pool heater is available for $50 per day or $287 per week or $200 weekly for multi week stays. Please make sure to let us know ahead of time if you would like to add the pool heater to your stay.
