It was very Nice. We were on the second floor Ocenview Suite and it was very clean and the staff was very friendly as well! Beach area not too crowded and offers two pools! We overall enjoyed our trip and will be back!

The only thing that is good in this property is that it is right on the beach. I would recommend that they get the place cleaned up.

I REALLY wanted to give 3 stars, but I can't. The room was LITERALLY falling apart. Upon entry, there were noticeable things wrong, but we thought, we're finally at the beach, and we're on the top floor with the ocean as our backyard, it'll be fine. Then you look around the balcony and realize that you should definitely NOT touch the banister. I totally get they're recovering from hurricanes, as I live in Florida, but no. JUST, NO! The staff is FANTASTIC and that's why I'm giving it 2 stars. The front desk agent had a great attitude and kept her composure when the lady in front of me was being a Karen about her key not working (it didn't work because she was at the wrong tower). They were very prompt when I requested facilities bring me batteries for the remote. The check out line was pretty long at 10ish, so I enjoyed the beach for another hour. When I went to check out at 11, I only waited a few minutes and there were 3 ppl ahead of me. It was a different person at checkout, but she too had a great attitude. They lost a star because housekeeper said that they have to take our towels to wash them and bring them back. They can't just give us fresh clean towels off the cart. I was so bewildered when my husband told me, it was check out time and they were cleaning rooms, I didn't understand why we couldn't just trade them out. The reason I wanted to trade them out is because one of them was stained. The mattress is old, you roll to the center. The room flooded during the storm

Room Smelled and flies were all in the room.

The guy (from KY) who checked us in was very nice! However, there were flies all in the room and it had a very strong unpleasant odor. We couldn’t ask for another room bc we were told it was the last room available. May have been a one time incident. I would try one more time. Loved that there was NO carpet.

$260 a night I could have gone elsewhere and had a much better experience. You can hear people at all times of day and night slamming the doors to the rooms. The shower flow from the rooms above and below you can be heard. The hotel itself looks absolutely nothing like it does online. The pool area is filthy. The elevators are also dirty. Just all around not worth what they charge to stay here. The refrigerator was full of stains and dirt. The photos attached are actual photos of what it looks like. The conditions of the furniture, appliances and curtains are gross. I’ll never stay here again.

We had a great stay overall!We had a great view,room was clean,the appliances were clean and worked great! We did have a few issues being the pool was a kinda dirty,the elevator messed up a couple of times,and the breakfast kinda lacked variety. It’s all together definitely not a bad one to go to though,it can work.☺️

This property is filthy! There are roaches in the bathrooms, the sheets were not clean and nothing has been dusted in days!! When I alerted the front desk about the dirty sheets, they just dropped some off. No offer to remake the beds or anything. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AT THIS LOCATION! The only redeeming quality is that it is on the beach.
