Roach motel vibes
NOTHING is accurate about the listing besides the parking garage being closed. ALL 3 pools, hot tub, arcade, restaurant and bar are closed. They are horrible to get ahold of and say they’ll get back to you, but never do. They also claimed they never listed that there’s a pool to use, but I have screenshots of the listing saying there two pools at your disposal outside. The ceilings are collapsing and floors-balcony’s have closed signs on them saying “hazardous”. There was trash under our bed and stuff on the floor when we arrived, so poor housekeeping. The room smelled like something died in it and it was extremely hot. The fridge kept our food room temperature, im pretty sure it was broken. The vents were full of black mold throughout our room. The bedding is ripped up and paper thin. The couch was stained. Water in shower was hot or cold, no in between. Our flight was canceled and we couldn’t get on a plane until the next day so I ended up paying for a night that we weren’t there, which fine, but I warned them on the day we were supposed to check in. Since we arrived 24 hours late, they wouldn’t assist us in anyway. Lying, scammers is what they are. The place was an absolute dump and I have TONS of photos to prove. I have screenshots of the poor response and lies in texts from vacasa as well. I’ll never use vacasa again and I’ll make sure none of my family, friends or clients do either.
