Great Location! I'd come back!

This place is centrally located and everyone in Davao knows this place so it is easy to tell cab drivers where to go. You can walk to Abreeza and Victoria Malls, but cross at the crosswalks and wait till there is a group of you. The building has lots of friendly security and staff so it is very safe, and the grounds and pool are well-maintained. The unit is simple with Ikea furniture. The bedrooms have good air-con and the shared area has a good fan. The primary bedroom has a comfortable mattress and lots of storage space. The smaller bedroom has no storage space. Maybe the desk should be removed. My son found the metal ladder rungs to the loft bed uncomfortable so he moved the mattress to the floor. The kitchen has good appliances such as a hot plate, microwave and hot pot. There is a water dispenser and it is easy to order a new bottle that can be delivered within hours. The shower is hot with adequate water pressure. Communication with the property manager was very minimal though they did respond to my messages. For example, I booked over a month in advance and after weeks of waiting, I finally initiated contact since they did not. I had to nag them for check-in info which they said they don't give out until a day or so before check-in. But I was traveling elsewhere beforehand and wanted to print out the details in my itinerary, so they did give me the info. I stayed 11 days and they did not check in on me, but I guess that is okay. I'd definitely stay here again.
