Nice place nice rooms. Bit slow on service to check out and waiting at tge bar with no staff around. Also another customer must off been having issues with a door and was slamming it atleast 4 - 6 times before it went quite happened 3 times during the evening. Was really quite after about 11 oclock

Ok, but look for a discount

Stayed for one night. Staff on arrival appeared to have better places to be. Corridors smelt a bit foisty but the room was a good size with everything we needed. Window was open and couldn't close it because of a safety screen and although it seems a quiet place, there was a lot of road noise through the night. Walls were very thin, could hear conversations and chatter from other rooms and presumably the bar below. On leaving staff were quite friendly to the people ahead of us, asking how their stay was etc but just took our room key and paid no interest in our stay. Wouldn't pay the full price to stay here so glad we got it through a deal with discount

Booked this hotel with Expedia but had to cancel due to my husband breaking his arm and couldn’t drive. Expedia assured us we would get a refund but emailed to say sorry they couldn’t get hold of the management at the hotel. We are now out of pocket. Wouldn’t book with Expedia ever again.
