Overall, an enjoyable stay.

I found the property to be a very good choice for accommodation in Dar Es Salaam. It’s well situated, a short ride or an easy walk, to most points of interest in the business district and ferry port, for those looking to access Zanzibar via ferry. The staff overall were quite welcoming and friendly, and I found the room to be comfortable, clean, and with adequate amenities. The onsite restaurant is quite decent as well. Plus, other eateries are within walking distance of the hotel. Overall, an enjoyable stay.

Fantastic service from the bar, restaurant, & customer service desk. I recommend this hotel 100% for business travel in Dar! Walter was especially helpful to my friend & me with many matters related to taxis and ubers. Very professional! We felt welcomed in every area as it was our first time in Dar es Salaam.

We stayed at the Crowne Plaza at the start of April for 5 nights. The staff were very helpful and obliging and when we requested a room change, it was no trouble. We had booked breakfast and there was plenty of choice - from continental to Swahili. Thank you Crowne Plaza for a lovely stay.
