The stay was nice and mostly all staff were great. On Friday afternoon my Grandson arrived and other family members. He took his kids to the pool and I shortly followed them, upon my entering I was met by a gentleman worker who approached me asking are you With Them? I was puzzled but when I looked in the pool area they were the only ones of color inside . I replied yes but I have my own room here. After about an hour of watching Parents and their children go from pool to hot tub which happened every day when the sign above the hot tub says clearly 18 yrs old still parents had children in hot tub some even had goggles on. My Grandson and his Fiancé dot in the hot tub and one of the kids walked over to them and was sitting on the side of the hot tub with his foot inside. It was then that the worker came and scolded them about being 18. I preceded to ask the gentleman why did he Not say anything when all the other kids were In the hot tub? And shared the fact that from the moment I walked in he signaled us out. It was very clear that he was prejudice by now all the caucasian families were gone and their were only a couple of Spanish families, he then yells out no kids under 18 are allowed in the hot tub and if caught he would throw them out. Totally unacceptable!!! He tried to apologize only after I shared with him that I had worked at this property for over 20 years and have had many family events and family stays there and had never encountered such rudeness.
