The 75 m² duplex vacation rental consists of a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto the living room, 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet, and 3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 1 electric double bed; Upstairs, there is one bedroom with a double bed and a third adjoining bedroom with a single bunk bed and a single bed.
The first floor of the cottage has tile flooring, and the second floor has vinyl flooring.
The cottage has a private entrance.
The dining table seats 8 people, and the living room is furnished with a sofa, a coffee table, and 2 armchairs.
The beds are made upon your arrival.
A crib and a high chair are provided.
The cottage is equipped with a digital TV (TNT), and free Wi-Fi is available.
All kitchen equipment is provided; raclette and fondue sets are available upon request.

We’re on the outskirts of the village, within the medieval ramparts and bordering the vineyards.
NEW FOR 2020: The large, shaded garden—approximately 200 m²—located at the foot of the rampart and in the heart of our estate is available for you to enjoy nature with your family.
From the cottage, you can venture into the heart of the vineyards and up to the tops of the hills via numerous signposted vineyard trails that invite you to discover the work of the vineyard and the diversity of grape varieties.
Dambach-la-Ville is a village of 2,000 residents that thrives primarily on viticulture and wine

. The village is fortified, and you can stroll alongpart of the ramparts and pass through its three entrance gates, which will lead you past the many half-timbered houses, some of which date back to the Middle Ages.
A free guided tour is offered in the village twice a week.

Many attractions nearby. You’ll find all the shops you need in the village, as well as medical care, several restaurants, and an SNCF train station. Numerous hiking trails start from the village, including a wine trail and mountain biking routes.... We’re located right in the heart of Alsace, between Strasbourg and Colmar, with many tourist attractions less than 30 minutes away: amusement parks, tree-top adventure courses, castles, museums, animal parks, swimming spots, farm inns, and distilleries

September and October are dedicated to the grape harvest, and late fall is ideal for countryside walks thanks to the generally mild weather.
In winter, the Christmas markets are a must-see in many towns and villages. They take place throughout the month of December, and you can enjoy mulled wine and Bredele, as well as Alsatian foie gras.
The Colmar Christmas Market runs from the last weekend in November through December 25, and the Strasbourg Christmas Market begins the last week of November and ends after Christmas.
Also worth noting are the mineral fair in late June and the European Patchwork Festival in September in Sainte-Marie-aux-Mines.
During the summer, the Colmar Wine Fair takes place, offering not only tours and tastings but also concerts every evening.
Less than an hour from the vacation rental, in Germany, lies Europe’s largest amusement park and the fifth-largest in the world: Europapark; It’s sure to delight visitors of all ages, with attractions for children as young as 3, thrilling rides for teens, relaxing gardens, and shows for those who prefer a more laid-back experience.
But Alsace is also known for: storks, pretzels, kougelopf, beer, sauerkraut, pottery... all great reasons to come visit us.
