Important Treehouse Information:
🌳 Do not leave children unattended in the treehouse or balcony of the treehouse.
🚧 Area behind patio and below treehouse is restricted, guests may not walk down to creek from the home.
🌳No air conditioner and it is susceptible to nature (bugs). As it is a treehouse and many bugs live in tree houses as well as other creatures (squirrels) who may play in the tree and dance on the roof when you are there. (Pest control is in place)

Parking space available for 2 vehicles in the driveway, do not block sidewalk, parallel street parking also available.
