Clean room but the popcorn ceiling was bubbling and peeling off, making it look grungy. AC good. Bed good. Desk good. Mini fridge worked. Microwave was questionable but worked. The door latch on the microwave was malfunctioning. Seemed dangerous. Bathroom/shower good. Things are obviously older but fairly well kept. Swimming pool nice but not heated. The first night the pool was closed at least a hour before advertised. Typical “meh” breakfast. Staff were welcoming, polite, professional and friendly. The cleaned and made up the room every day. Lots of restaurants nearby. Plenty of free parking available. Best feature is the price.

The room was clean and the staff was largely prompt. While the fitness center being under renovation was a bummer, the property was upfront about the fact. On the flip side, the breakfast spread was fairly inspiring with the only hot veggie option being scrambled eggs. I also found it really odd that they didn't have moisturizer in the bathroom or as a toiletry to request.

The room for 2 adults with breakfast was $77 the pet fee $75, in the website they say we accept dogs and cats did not mention there is a fee until you check in or look for in the hotel rules, why not say "dogs and cats accepted (fee)". Watch out for fees at this hotel and at Best Western brand hotels.
