There was a roach in the bathroom, gnats flew out of the sink when turning the water on, the lighting was poor/dim because the lamp bulbs were burning out, the floor/carpet was wet for no reason that I could see and overall it was just a dirty experience.

Arrived at 2:53pm check in was at 3pm and was told by front desk they were about to do shift change so I would need to wait 15-20min. That would be after my 3pm check in that so unprofessional why have me waiting. Front desk was speaking in Spanish thinking I didn’t know what they were saying and they were talking bad about people. Housekeeping cleaned up the room but did not put fresh towels when I got back I had to go downstairs to get fresh ones. There’s signs that says that property is 100% smoke free and people smoking outside and inside in the hallways. Stayed on 3rd floor and the entire floor smelled of weed. First and last time me and my family will stay at this hotel.

How the staff works in these conditions is unbelievable. The entire bldg & room smells like a mix of Ajax and weed. Old decapitated furniture in the halls, parking lot, and the room. As far as the tables that were still in good condition, they were fine. Elevator is out of order. Trash in the parking lot. I hope this bldg can be fixed and cleaned up considering the great location.

To start check in was not welcoming Get to the room old everything looks nothing like pictures online molded ceilings jacuzzi outdated mold around it as well bathroom had no light fixtures in it water pressure low on shower went to change out dirty towels for fresh towels they acted as if we wanted to steal the towels when we are literally bringing you all the towels that were in the room me and my husband stayed here and was only given 1 bath towel & 1 face towel like tf it’s 2 of us in the room the hotel is horrible hotel smells like mold & wetness do not waste your time booking here dogs were all over the hotel barking at guests etc straight bull will never use 3rd party booking ever again we tryed booking other hotels they were sold out I was so ready to get the hell away from this property traveling from Tennessee & this the welcome we get a horrible stay oh last but not least roaches & housekeepers seem as if they were not happy working here with the attitudes that were giving for asking for fresh towels & trash bags 😡😡 never stay at this property you will be disappointed trust

This place is terrible! Don't stay here! I have stayed in some pretty bad motels but never none as bad as this one! They have roaches badly! The rooms are nasty! The weed smell is so strong it burns your nostrils as soon as you walk through the front store! There's people strung out on drugs walking around all hours causing all kinds of noise and rukus in the hallways! There's prostitution going on everytime you walk in or out of the facility! The police are always up there for something and it gets no better! I booked through Expedia and as soon as getting there I asked for a refund and to leave and they told me I had to take it up with Expedia! Then when Expedia tried contacting the facility they wouldn't answer the call! This place needs to be shut down!

When I got there the tv didn't work and the windows didn't lock. It was roaches and the room the floor was wet the elevator you had to wait 5 mins before the door closed. The carpet was dirty the breakfast the didn't have any breakfast meat the tub was peeling it need more work and friendly staff

So everyone there was very nice the room was okay I mean the bed was comfortable but the cleanliness of it was not the greatest I saw a couple cockroaches but other than that I was okay there honestly I would probably go somewhere else but if it's your last Choice definitely it's comfortable

Tv didn’t work, couch pull out was a disgusting mess of a “mattress”. It was basically a curtain stuffed with a mattress topper and a thin one at that. The lobby and hallway reeked of “that drug”. Elevator was broken. Rooms are old and outdated which usually is ok but these were gross. Sink cracked, shower stained and gross, toilet broken. Just really needs some love. My back is not feeling it today after the pull out couch. And the lack of tv made me bored to tears. Just don’t. Then, the herd of elephants showed up around midnight, stomping until 3 am so loudly the walls were vibrating. Shower leaked constantly. And woah what about that surprise $100 deposit. They didn’t even check the room upon departure. Save yourself and go somewhere else.
